We appreciate that our product may not be to your taste, so to be eligible for a refund we require more detailed feedback on what exactly you did not enjoy so that we can continue to improve the product for you! You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Items after 15 days are not eligible for refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If the product is damaged we are happy to send you another package. We would need a picture as proof of damage.
Once you contact us we will discuss whether a refund is eligible. If eligible, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
